COACHING

  • Develop communication skills

Coaching can be used as a personal leadership skills development program which is closely related to everyday work. It supports personal development as well as achieving work-related goals. 

We are partners to specialists, middle managers, senior managers, and also to teams. Coaches select the most suitable approach depending on the coachee and the topic at hand.

HOW DO WE WORK?
AUDIT OF CULTURE/PERSONNEL

A current situation evaluation is needed to set the vision and goals, and for the creation of an action plan. The goal of the audit is to map the current situation: what already supports the vision; what is lacking; what is working against the vision.

The audit brings out the current strengths and weaknesses.

    The goal of trainings is to provide knowledge and to practice skills. The build-up of trainings keeps in mind the practical work-related needs and uses active learning methodology that encourages participants to apply their know-how and test their skills immediately.     INTERIM MANAGEMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Sometimes you need someone from outside to join the organization for a short period to help implement the desired development leap. We have the competence and experience to offer interim management in the fields of HR management and people development, in service design and sales management.
