Get in touch

Coaching is a process that helps a person or a team achieve their goals and discover their personal and professional potential. People find the solutions themselves, in the way that suits them best.

Team coaching helps a team find its strengths, raise motivation, initiate change together, set directions and actually achieve its goals.

Before you decide, you can have a free 20-minute video call with the coach of your choice to get to know each other, understand the process better and see whether you are a good fit.

    • peer coaching, where people doing similar work solve work situations together

    Benefits of team coaching

    • participants learn from each other’s experience and inspire each other
    • an outside view reveals opportunities you would not notice yourself
    • listening to others’ stories brings parallels with your own work and new solutions
    • the shared wisdom of the group is one of the things participants value most
    • group coaching is more cost-effective for the organisation than individual coaching
    • coaching after a training helps put what was learned into practice

Coaching leadership style, or developmental leadership

Leaders can raise their effectiveness by applying the principles of coaching. A developmental leader does not tell people how to do things or hand out advice, but asks questions that help employees reach solutions themselves. This way employees’ responsibility for results and satisfaction grow.

Developmental leadership increases people’s awareness and, through it, performance. The biggest change from traditional to developmental leadership is in the mindset. It often comes quickly: as soon as a leader has a first successful experience of the impact of coaching.

What coaching is built on

01

Awareness

Clarity about your wishes, resources, obstacles and possible solutions. Self-leadership rests on it.

02

Responsibility

When people reach a solution themselves, they also take responsibility for carrying it out.

03

Solutions

The focus is on solutions, not problems. We look at obstacles in order to choose the best way forward.

04

Growth and learning

Mistakes are a chance to learn, not a reason to look for someone to blame.

05

Self-belief

Awareness brings confidence, and focusing on success brings belief that the goal is achievable.

06

Challenge

Coaching stretches limits and supports taking on challenges.

07

Execution

Unlike a training, the focus is on actually taking the steps.

08

Keeping focus

What you focus on grows. The process keeps the agreed priorities in focus.
