October is mental health month, and in Estonia it has been marked since 2014 in cooperation between the Mental Health and Wellbeing Coalition (VATEK) and the Ministry of Social Affairs.
With mental health month, the aim is to
- reduce the stigma around mental health problems,
- promote skills and lifestyles that support people’s mental health,
- raise people’s awareness of the options for mental health help and their readiness to seek help when needed.
In recent years, Sunergos has also paid more and more attention to developing people’s stress management skills. So joining VATEK’s initiative is an entirely natural step for us. This year everyone interested has the chance to take part in the PAUSE workshop free of charge.
The PAUSE workshop is for everyone who
- wants to cope better with stressful working days and feel more content;
- wants practical, real-life solutions and recommendations;
- finds it important to enjoy their work and what they do.
For your brain to cope better, come to the PAUSE workshop!
